Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Empire AG Solutions ships orders, what shipping options are available, and what to expect after you place an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Empire AG Solutions ships directly from our supplier network. Once an order is received, we coordinate with the appropriate supplier to fulfill and ship your order. Most orders begin processing within 1–2 business days of receipt.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. All orders must ship to a physical street address.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping methods depending on the size and weight of your order:

1. Standard Parcel Shipping

Available for items under 70 lb individually and orders totaling less than 120 lb. Standard parcel shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination.

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after the order ships, depending on your location. West Coast destinations typically arrive faster.

2. Freight Shipping (Quote Required)

Required for items 70 lb or heavier, or for orders exceeding 120 lb total weight. Freight shipping rates vary based on destination, accessibility (residential vs. commercial), liftgate requirements, and other factors, and cannot be calculated automatically at checkout.

For freight-eligible items, you will be prompted to submit a quote request at checkout. Empire AG Solutions will respond within 2 business days with a freight quote for your approval. Once approved and paid, your order will be released to ship.

Shipping Zones

We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.

If you have a shipping need outside our standard zones, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping Rates

Parcel shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on your cart's total weight and destination zone.

Freight shipping rates are provided by quote and depend on the carrier, service level, and delivery requirements. We will always confirm the freight rate with you before processing your order.

Delivery Times

Stated delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Empire AG Solutions is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the supplier warehouse.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged:

• Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing
• Photograph the packaging and contents
• Contact us within 5 business days of delivery

For lost shipments, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the carrier and supplier to locate the shipment or arrange replacement.

Large Equipment Deliveries

For freight-shipped items, please ensure:

• Someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the shipment
• The delivery location is accessible to a freight truck
• Any liftgate, inside delivery, or appointment requirements were specified in your quote

Additional freight charges may apply if undisclosed delivery requirements result in re-delivery or additional carrier fees.

Receiving Your Equipment

All equipment sold by Empire AG Solutions must be installed by qualified, licensed contractors or trade professionals. Improper installation may void applicable manufacturer warranties. Please retain your invoice and photographs of the equipment as received, as these may be required for warranty verification. Full warranty terms are governed by our Terms of Service and the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
